Welcome to EarnBenefits Online for North Carolina. EarnBenefits is a national program that helps people learn about and apply for government and private benefits that can help them make ends meet. EarnBenefits is currently being offered on a limited scale in North Carolina as part of a pilot project, in partnership with Dole Food Company at their Bessemer City processing facility and FEI Behavioral Health, one of the nation's oldest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers.
